Job Description – Rearch Analyst (KPO)

Primary ResponsibilityTo execute Industry Research and produce Industry Reports across a gamut of sectors. Analyses of financial performance, policy updates, and key events such as Union Budget Analysis during the year would also be captured through Quarterly Updates, followed by an Annual Review of the individual sectors. Manage the team of Analysts in the project Responsibilities:1) Enable timely execution of reports with high analytical content 2) Conceptualize research framework/ areas for Annual Review, Quarterly Review, and Special events impact analysis for the industries/ sectors under consideration 3) Provide intellectual inputs, motivation, guidance to the Team4) Provide day-to-day guidance to the Analysts/ Jr. Analysts on the conceptual/ operational/ technical/ financial issues in the area of industries/ sectors under consideration5) Liaise with external stakeholders - Industry Captains, Experts, Sector Analysts, Company professionals & management6) Enable client satisfaction through continuous engagement and support
